Anchoragetube has no right or permission to use uploaded videos for any other purpose other than display on this website. Anchoragetube has the right to remove videos that are not appropriate for displaying to minors or that are otherwise deemed offensive by Anchoragetube administrators. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly misrepresents copyrighted material may be subject to liability. Please also be advised that we enforce a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of subscribers who are blatant repeat infringers. To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act to confirm other legal requirements): 1. ÊA letter of explanation including your written or electronic signature. A copy of legal documents proving rights of copyright or trademark ownership. 2. Clear identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
